Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms By creating an account or purchasing a license from License Server, you agree to these terms.

2. License grant We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the seat / device count purchased. Reselling, sublicensing or sharing your license key is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions Subscription licenses renew automatically on the billing cycle you selected. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds Refunds are reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests after the cooling-off period are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use You may not use the software to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or attack our infrastructure.

6. Termination We may suspend or revoke licenses that violate these terms. We'll notify you by email when reasonable.

7. Disclaimer of warranties The software is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the license in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the dashboard.
